Hailey Czerwinski is a student at Governors State University. She is a teacher candidate in the Early Childhood Education program and will be graduating with her Bachelors degree in December of 2019. She serves as a leader of both the Student Education Association and Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society at Governors State University. She has been honored with being on the Dean’s list each semester in her three year long journey towards her Bachelors degree.
She would love to become a kindergarten teacher after she graduates, but would also love to be a Special Education teacher. She had field experience in a Special Education classroom and fell in love with the job and the environment of the classroom. She would like to go back to school for her Masters degree in Curriculum and Planning. She would like to use this degree to become a principle, and eventually become a part of the school board. Her end goal is to be in charge of a school/districts curriculum and create a curriculum that gives creativity back to the teachers, while also having a fun and rigorous curriculum for the students.
